theres a small ringing tone thing that comes in once in a while im sure frank
 does some sort of sample to get that but i kind of got it on guitar, you need
 to have a smooth distortion, slight chorus, and volume swell.

all you do is, start the bend from 17 to 19 at the same time slowly doing a volume
 swell, and then bring the bend backdown to 17 as you finish the swell..listen
 to the song to get it better

this is more or less the bridge after the chorus the 2nd time around

(on this part you play the 7779xx chord most but right before switching
 back to 3335xx slide up to 99911xx play that a few times fast and back
 down to the 3335xx chord)
